Product Warranty Program - 6 Months

Terms and Conditions:

1- Coverage Period: This warranty program covers the repair of your Sylca piece for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

2- Eligibility: To qualify for warranty service, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt.

3- Free Repairs: Within the 6-month coverage period, we will repair your Sylca piece free of charge if it experiences defects in materials or workmanship.

4 - Repair Process: If your product requires repair within the warranty period, please contact our customer support at info@sylcadesigns.com to initiate the repair process. You may be required to provide details about the issue and submit photographs if necessary.

5 - Shipping Responsibilities: For repair requests made within the 6-month period, the cost of shipping the product to us will be covered by Sylca.If a repair is requested after the 6-month warranty period has expired or the customer has no proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for both shipping to and from our repair facility.

6 - Post-Warranty Repairs: If a repair is requested after the 6-month warranty period, the customer may be subject to repair charges based on the extent of the repair needed. We will provide an estimate of repair costs before proceeding with any post-warranty repairs.

7 - Exclusions:This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other factors not related to defects in materials or workmanship.
